Vision:

PEO aspires to have quality infrastructure projects that will be beneficial to Bataeños and responding to their developmental needs. Project that will improve the quality of lives of our people and that will be integrated with our goal of public service.

Goal:

To deliver high-quality infrastructure projects responding to the developmental needs of Bataeños.

Objectives:

  • Provide the necessary surveying services in the planning, programming and implementation of all provincial infrastructure projects.
  • Plan and program all other roads and bridges that will be undertaken by the province.
  • Construct and/or improve feeder road projects and implement such other provincial infrastructure projects.Plan, program and supervise provincial work projects and assist in the planning and programming of public works projects to be undertaken by some municipal government and other agencies.
  • Insure the completion of projects according to approved plans and specifications.
  • Install a functioning maintenance and supply system for the provincial equipment pool that will result in a deadline rate for provincial equipment that will not exceed 25% and insure the provincial of necessary equipment support in the implementation and maintenance of roads and other infrastructure projects management.
  • Provide engineering services to the province and its component unit as well as to the Barangay including investigation and surveys, and engineering designs, feasibility studies and project management.
