  1.  Agenda No. 325 City Ordinance No. 37, S. 2022, passed by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Balanga, Bataan, entitled, “ An ordinance reclassifying from agricultural . . to commercial use the land with an area of 500 sq. m., covered by TCT No. T-249204,’ registered to Spouses, Jesus B. Co and Jocelyn A. Co in Tuyo, City of Balanga, Bataan.”
  2. Agenda No. 326 City Ordinance No. 38, S. 2022, passed by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Balanga, Bataan, entitled, “ An ordinance reclassifying from agricultural to commercial use the land with an area of 400 sq. m., covered by TCT No. T-246564, registered to Spouses, Jesus B. Co and Jocelyn A. Co in Tuyo, City of Balanga, Bataan.”
  3. Agenda No. 327 City Ordinance No. 41, S. 2022, passed by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Balanga, Bataan, entitled, “ An ordinance reclassifying from agricultural to residential use the land with an area of 686 sq. m., covered by TCT No. 038-2019004461, registered to Elizabeth Wee Banzon, Emmalyn Wee Banzon, and Zarah Wee Banzon, in Cupang North (per TCT), City of Balanga, Bataan.”
  4. Agenda No. 328 Municipal Special Ordinance No. 22040212, passed by the Sangguniang Bayan of Orion, Bataan, entitled, “ An ordinance reclassifying the one (1) parcel of agricultural land, known as Lot No. 523-A-2, PSD-03-003467, situated in Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Orion, Bataan, with an area of two thousand eight hundred ninety-one (2,891) sq. m. more or less, embraced by TCT No. 038-2016001591, registered in the name of Czarina de Jesus, single, both of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Bagumbayan, Pilar, Bataan, acting through their duly designated Attomey-in-Fact, Ms. Marissa T. Pangilinan, into residential use subject to certain conditions.”

Agenda No. 331 Municipal Ordinance No. 378, series of 2022, passed by the Sangguniang Bayan of Abucay, Bataan, entitled, “ An ordinance approving the application of Basic Environmental Systems & Technologies, Inc.     Pilar, Bataan, entitled, “ An ordinance reclassifying from agricultural land to residential land, the 500 square meters parcel of land under TCT No. 038-2022001541, with
    registered land owners in the name of Spouses, Ronilio S. Loto and Marife A. Loto,
    located at Diwa, Pilar, Bataan.”
