Bataan tops locally sourced revenues in CL

The Province of Bataan has recently been hailed as Top 1 for obtaining the Highest Nominal Locally Sourced Revenues for the fiscal years of 2019 & 2020 while in 2021, it ranked Top 2 among all provinces in Central Luzon, in simple rites held last June 22 at Subic Grand Harbor Hotel.

The said award is given to the local government unit (LGU) with the highest collected real property tax; local business tax, fees, and charges; and receipts from economic enterprises. Aside from the award given to the Province of Bataan, four municipalities also received awards.

Municipality of Limay – Top 1, Fiscal Year 2019-2021

Municipality of Mariveles – Top 2, Fiscal Year 2019-2021

Municipality of Morong – Top 1, Fiscal Year 2019: 90%

Municipality of Orion – Top 2, Fiscal Year 2019: 64%

Provincial Assessor, Engr. Ricky Herrera and Ms. Eloisa Manalo from the Provincial Treasuer’s Office received said awards.
