First District Board Member Benjie Serrano received assorted vegetable seeds and organic fertilizer from Villar Sipag organization for distribution to residents for home gardening.

The organic fertilizer was produced from Sipag Villar Composting Facility.
Serrano shares with Senator Cynthia Villar the thrust of promoting food security in the country.

The board member, as Chairman of the SP Committee in Agriculture, is vigorously pushing for agriculture development in the province for food sustainability and improving the lives of people in the agri sector.
