Bataan Peninsula State University’s (BPSU) project, “Community-Based Rice Mushroom Production Technologies and Innovations in Bataan for Sustainable Development” won “Best Paper in Agriculture Extension ” during the Philippine Association of Extension Program Implementors Inc. (PAEPI) X Regional Extension Congress.

BPSU Abucay Extension and Training Services Office Director and Project Leader Dr. Rina Paguia personally received the award. The event was held at Camiguin province last October 20. Other members of the project are Study Leader Christian Balba and staff Mirasol Macaranas Rosano. The project also received this year the coveted Civil Service Commission Pag-asa Award Regional Winner Group Category.
