Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Bataan Secretary Mark Quezon said Governor Joet Garcia has approved three ordinances previously unanimously enacted by the SP presided by Vice Gov. Cris Garcia.

He said the ordinances are Provincial Ordinance No. 18: An Ordinance Establishing Teen Information Center in the Province of Bataan; Provincial Ordinance No. 19: An Ordinance Declaring the First Week of September of every Year as Engilish Competency Week in the Province of Bataan; and Provincial Ordinance No. 20: Ordinance Mandating the Singing of the Bataan Hymn in all Programs, Gatherings and Similar Events of Public and Private Educational Institutions, National Government Agencies and Offices, and Local Government Units within the Province of Bataan, and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof. Quezon said the ordinances were signed by the governor on September 30.
