Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) Vice President for Research, Extension and Training Services Dr. Hermogenes Paguia is chosen as one of the expert juries by the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) system in its Search for Best Extension Project 2022 “Gawad Lingap Sa Komunidad”.

He is joined by other experts Caraga State University President Dr. Anthony Penaso and Dr. Corazon Lopez from Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP). He sees it a privilege to be tapped by a leading state university in the country together with other renowned experts to judge its search for best extension project. He said they are already through with the final phase of judging last week via zoom.

The three (3) extension projects from various PUP campuses competing are titled Tara Usap Tayo Paligid Bihisan Natin; Sali Kaalaman, Tungo sa Kasaysayan At Kaunlaran Sa Simbahan; and Handog Kaalaman Para sa Mamamayan.

Paguia is a multi-awarded academic researcher and extension worker and has already been invited as resource person in international research and extension events.
