Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) of Bataan presided by Vice Gov. Cris Garcia unanimously passed separate resolutions expressing appreciation and gratitude to Board Members Doroteo Austria and Precious Manuel who both finished their terms.

Austria of Barangay Bagong Silang, Balanga City served as ex-officio member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan being president of Federated Association of Barangay Captains (FABC) and Manuel of Barangay Magsaysay, Dinalupihan, as president of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation.

SP passed the resolutions on joint motion of all board members during regular session in Morong where Bisita Bayan program is being held. Austria was president of FABC from 2014 to November, 2023. Manuel was president of SK Federation from June 7, 2018 to Nov 10, 2023. FABC and SK Federation presidents sit as ex-officio members of the provincial board.
