Who may avail of the Service: All residents of Bataan: Group of farmers, Barangay/Municipal Officials
Requirements:
- Letter of Intent/Request letter
- Board Resolution
- Endorsement from Municipal Agriculturist/Municipal Mayor
- Deed of Donation (DOD) duly notarized (if necessary)
