Schedule of Availability of Service: Mondays to Fridays 08:00 AM – 12:00 NN 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM
Who may avail of the Service: PNP/Bantay Dagat and other LGU, Fishery Law Enforcement Officer
Requirements:

  • Request for scientific examination duly signed by the requesting party and;
  • fish samples

Duration: One (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes

How to Avail of the Service:
STEP APPLICANT/CLIENT SERVICE PROVIDED DURATION OF ACTIVITY PERSON-IN-CHARGE FEES DOCUMENTS NEEDED
1 Submit request letter for scientific examination and fish samples of at least:
a) 10-15 pieces of small fishes
b) 3-5 pieces of medium/large fishes

– Approve request and require submission
