Who may avail of the Service: Real Property Owners

Requirements: 1 copy of the following:

  • Tax Declaration
  • Transfer Certificate of Title with Annotation
  • Real Property Tax Receipt (“Amilyar’)
  • Agreement, Mortgage, Release/Cancellation of Mortgage, Warrant of Levy, etc.
  • Authorization Letter or Special Power of Attorney (if Representative)

Duration: 30 Minutes per Tax Declaration

Submission and Verification of Documents

2Clients fills out Routing Slip (PAO 001) then proceed to the Office of the Provincial Treasurer for the payment of Secretary’s Fee.   Secretary’s Fee: P400.00 (P250.00- Annotaton P150.00-1T Fee)PAO 005

Processing and Review of Tax Declaration
  Computer Operator III searches, annotates and prints the record on PATAS and book of records affixes initial on the Tax Declaration & Routing Slip then forwards it to the Record’s Officer.20 minutesComputer Operator III / Assessment Clerk I (Marchie G. Baluyot/Lusia Marie Gacutan) PAO 001
Approval of Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration
  Record’s Officer reviews then signs Tax Declaration as to correctness and affixes initial on the Routing Slip then forwards the documents to the Assistant Provincial Assessor. Releasing of Documents of Tax Declaration
