Who may avail of the Service: Real Property Owners

Requirements: 1 copy of the following:

  • Tax Declaration
  • Transfer Certificate of Title Real Property Tax Receipt (“Amilyar’) One (1) copy of:
    • Certification of Without Improvement from the Municipal Assessor’s Office
    • Authorization Letter or Special Power of Attorney (if Representative)

Duration: 30 Minutes per Tax Declaration


How to Avail of the Service:
Submission and Verification of Documents
1 Clients submit the requirements. Receiving Officer checks the requirements and searches on Property Assessment and Tax Administration System (PATAS) then issues Order of Payment. 1 minute Computer Operator I (Mary Joanne Manlapaz) PAO 001
2 Clients fills out Routing Slip (PAO 001) then proceed to the payment of Secretary’s Fee and wait for the request to be processed. Processing & Reviewing of Tax Declaration
Computer Operator searches the record on PATAS then print the Certification of with or without improvement (with PIN), checks the correctness of its data with the existing data on the book of Tax Declaration, affixes initial on the Certified True Copy & Routing Slip then forwards it to the Record’s Officer. 10 Minutes Computer Operator III/ Computer Operator I (Allan V. Record’s Officer reviews then signs the Certification of with or without improvement (with PIN) as to correctness and affixes initial on the Routing Slip then forwards the documents to the Tax Mapping Division 2 Minutes Administrative Officer V (Administrative Officer III)/ Computer Operator III / Assessment Clerk (Wilson S. Caracas, Jr./ Marchie G. Baluyot/Luisa Marie Gacutan) PAO 001
Tax Mapper verify the improvements on the Google then validates the Certification on the Tax Mapping Control Roll (TMCR) then assigns control number for the Certification and forwards it to Assistant Provincial Assessor. 10 Minutes Tax Mapper IV/ Tax Mapper II/ Tax Mapper I/ Administrative Aide IV (Clerk II)/ Draftsman I/ Clerk III (Eduardo S. Approval of Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration
Assistant Provincial Assessor approves then signs the Certified True Copy, affixes initial on Routing Slip then forward it to the Releasing Officer. 2 Minutes Assistant Provincial Assessor (Mabini R. Pulido, Jr.) PAO 001
Releasing of Documents of Tax Declaration
4 Clients receive the Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration. Releasing Officer records the transaction on the Log Book then releases the Certified True Copy and affixes initial and files the Routing Slip. 2 Minutes Computer Operator I (Mary Joanne Manlapaz) PAO 001 Log Book
End of the Transaction
Note: Improvement constructed must not be more than one (1) improvement.
