  • Real Property Tax Receipt (“Amilyar’)

Submission and Verification of Documents
1 Clients submit the requirements. Receiving Officer checks the requirements and issues Routing Slip (PAO 006). 3 minutes Computer Operator I (Mary Joanne Manlapaz) PAO 003
2 Clients fills out (PAO 006) then proceed to the Computer Operator III. PAO 003
Processing and Review of Tax Declaration
3 Computer Operator searches the record on PATAS then print RPTOP, checks the correctness of its data with the existing data on the book of Tax Declaration, affixes initial on the RPTOP & Routing Slip then forwards it to the Record’s Officer. 20 minutes Computer Operator III/ Computer Operator I (Allan V. Review and Approval of Certified True of Tax Declaration Copy
Record’s Officer reviews then signs RPTOP as to correctness and affixes initial on the Routing Slip then forwards the documents to the Releasing Officer 2 Minutes Administrative Officer V (Administrative Officer III)/ Computer Operator III / Assessment Clerk (Wilson S. Releasing of Documents of Tax Declaration
4 Clients present the Official Receipt and receive the requested document Releasing Officer records the transaction on the Log Book then releases the Tax Declaration and affixes initial and files the Routing Slip. 5 Minutes Computer Operator I (Mary Joanne Manlapaz) PAO 003
Validation of Payment
Provincial Treasurer’s Office verify/validate the latest payment of the properties. If no payment has been made, Provincial Treasurer’s Office will return the Real Property Tax Order of Payment (RPTOP) to the Provincial Assessor’s Office for Assessed Value and Tax Declaration Series/First Tax Declaration. 20 minutes Provincial Treasurer’s Office PAO 003
Computation of Assessed Value
Computer Operator III searches for Tax Declaration on the book of Tax Declarations, write down the Assessed Value on the RPTOP and reproduce copy as needed; Affix initial on the Routing Slip (PAO-006) 60 minutes Computer Operator III / Assessment Clerk I (Marchie G. Releasing of Documents of Tax Declaration
4 Computer Operator III shall record the transaction on the Log Book; Issue the RPTOP with Assessed Value and affix initial on Transaction Routing Slip (PAO 006) then forwards the Documents to the Provincial Treasure’s Office for Statement of Account Preparation and the Transaction Routing Slip (PAO 006) to the Records Officer for filing. 10 Minutes Computer Operator III / Assessment Clerk I (Marchie G.
