Who may avail of the Service: Real Property Owners

Requirements: 1 copy of the following:

  • Transfer Certificate of Title
  • Latest Realty Tax Receipt or Tax Clearance
  • Certified True Copy of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR)
  • Transfer Tax Receipt or Certification
  • Approved Subdivision Plan
  • Deed of Conveyance (Deed of Sale, Donation, Waiver of Rights, Sheriff’s Sale, Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate, etc.)

Duration: 20 Working days for maximum of 10 Tax Declarations

2Clients fill up Routing Slip (PAO 002) then proceed to the Office of the Provincial Treasurer for the payment of Secretary’s Fee.   Secretary’s Fee: P400.00 (P250.00 – Consolidation Fee P150.00 – IT Fee)PAO 005

Preparation of Tax Declaration
  Tax mapper assigns new Property Identification Number (PIN) for subdivided Lots then forwards it to the Data Encoder.3 working daysDraftsman I/ Clerk III (John Bryan D. Salvador/ Edwina M. Palma)  
  Data Encoder subdivides the Tax Declaration on PATAS and prints the Subdivided Tax Declaration, affixes initial on it & on Routing Slip then forwards the documents to the Tax Mapper.9 working daysAdministrative Aide II (Bookbinder I)/ Administrative Aide III (Bookbinder I)/ Assessment Clerk II (Menette Monta/ Lorena Caracas/ Laura Manalaotao) PAO 002

Releasing of Documents of Tax Declaration
