3	Assessment	The attending personnel will assess financial need of the client and provide list of requirements to be submitted	5 minutes	Mary Grace G. Atuan -Development Management Officer I	N/A	N/A
4	Submit documentary requirement	Client MSME shall submit documentary requirements and EDD Staff will check and verify the documents submitted	5 minutes	Mary Grace G.
