Scope: This procedure covers all the trainings to be conducted to the Balanga City, Municipalities of Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Orani, Samal, Abucay, Pilar, Orion, Mariveles, Limay, Bagac and Morong, schools, private sectors, hospitals and other agencies in the Province of Bataan.

How to Avail of the Service:

3		Convene the PDRRMC and conduct Pre – Disaster Risk Assessment (PDRA) (as need arises)	1 day	PDRRM Officer	Pre – Disaster Risk Assessment (PDRA) Report
4		Prepare the final report and provide report to the PDRRM Officer	1 hour	PDRRM Officer	Situational Report
5		Activate the Emergency Operation Center (EOC) (as need arises)	1 day	PDRRM Officer	Incident Command System Forms (202,203,204,205,206,207,208 and 211)
6		Conduct Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA) (as need arises)	2-3 days.	PDRRM Officer/Team	Rapid Damage Assessment Needs Analysis (RDANA) Report Form
7		Continuous Monitoring	2 hours	Operation Division / LDRRM Assistant
8		Conduct Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (DANA) (as need arises)	1 – 2 weeks after the disaster	PDRRM Officer/Team	Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (DANA) Report
9		Prepare the final report and provide report to the PDRRM Officer	1 day	LDRRM Assistant

11		Conduct Post Disaster Needs Assessment (as need arises)	2 – 3 months	PDRRM Officer/Team	Post Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) Report

Bataan Public-Private Partnership And Investment Center

Mandate: Implements required actions and measures pertaining to all aspects of disaster risk reduction and management, including good governance, risk assessment and eariy warning knowledge building and awareness raising, reducing underlying risk factors and preparedness for effective response and early recovery.
