Schedule of Availability of Service:Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM without Noon Break)
Who may avail of the Service: All clients provided with PESO service

How to Avail of the Service:
STEP CLIENT SERVICE PROVIDER MAXIMUM PROCESSING TIME (UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES) PERSON-IN-CHARGE FORM
1 Go to assesso and Complaints Desk Attend to client’s request and provide client with the Complaint Form 2 minutes Senior Admin Assistant I
2 Fill-up the Complaint Form with sufficient information about his/her complaint Guide clients and ensure that all fields are properly filled-up 5-10 monutes Senior Admin Assistant I Complaints Form
3 Discuss the request or complaint to the Action Officer Check the validity, accuracy and completeness of the accomplished form/preliminary interview 15-20 minutes OIC/Supervising LEO
4 Inform client of the expected date of resolving the complaint and provide contact number where client can follow-up, if necessary. 2 minutes Senior Admin Assistant I
