Philippine Standard Time:

Frontline Service: Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES)
Schedule of Availability of Service: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM without Noon Break)
Who may avail of the Service: Senior High School and College students residing in Bataan (except in Dinalupihan and Balanga City)


  • 3 pcs passport size pictures
  • Birth certificate or baptismal certificate
  • Form 138 (for Senior High School students)
  • Report of grades or Certified True Copy of class cards of previous semester/school year (for Vocational and College students)
  • Any of the following to attest to parents’ income:
    • Certified true copy of the latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certificate of Tax Exemption issued by BIR
    • Proof of enrolment (e.g. Official receipt or Scholarship certification)


How to Avail of the Service:
1 Set an appointment online thru the link and QR code posted in PESO Facebook account and page Review the appointment details, plot the preferred schedule of the client and endorse to OWWA-POEA Focal Person 10 minutes Administrative Assistant I Online Appointment Form
2 Print the applicable forms, determine the status of the OWWA membership and match the provided OFW data with those on the printed forms 10 minutes Administrative Assistant I Members Personal Profile (MPS), if OWWA member, OFW Information Sheet and Intake Sheet
3 Provide a brief description of request/concern/issue Contact the client thru call for initial evaluation of request/concern and send the confirmation of appointment and reference number to the client thru text 20 minutes Senior Administrative Assistant I
4 Arrive on the confirmed date of appointment Scan the temperature of the client If the temperature is >37.5°C and manifests at least 2 symptoms, the client shall not be allowed to enter the PESO Office. 3 minutes Administrative Assistant I
5 Complete the online health declaration form Receive the scheduled client and verify the text received from PESO Capitol Senior Administrative Assistant I Online Health Declaration Form
6 Provide complete details/narrative of request/concern Interview the client to validate and gather facts and review the presented documents. If one of the requirements is invalid or the client cannot comply with at least one of the requirements, inform the client of his/her possible ineligibility to avail the requested service/s in accordance with OWWA/POEA requirements and guidelines 20 minutes Senior Administrative Assistant I
7 Complete the Intake Sheet and put in writing all stated claims Explain the actions to be undertaken by the client, possible options and services/remedies available 15 minutes Senior Administrative Assistant I
8 Refer the client either online or to the OWWA/POEA Regional Office III for processing and complete resolution of the request 5 minutes Senior Administrative Assistant I
9 Submit requirements online/Go to OWWA RO III Encode the status of the client’s consultation with PESO, the actions taken and the status of referral/case and file the printed and accomplished forms for safekeeping 5 minutes Administrative Assistant I
