2018 – SP Ordinance No. 09

Ordinance authorizing the borrowing of the Province of Bataan from the landbank of the Philippines for a term loan in the total amount of four hundred five million pesos (Php405,000,000.00) to finance the design, build and supply of the fit out of the new government center or The Bunker and the improvement of People’s Center which will include renovation and retrofitting of the Bataan People’s Center and the supply and installation of its airconditioning and cooling system and hereby authorizing the Provincial Governor Honorable Albert S. Garcia, to enter into the loan agreement with the said bank and to sign other documents needed for this purpose.
